Our litigator has handled cases involving fiduciary duty issues, business judgment rule cases, fraud, fraudulent transfers, securities litigation, the Unfair Business Practices Act (the UCL), and defense of consumer class actions. Of notable mention, our litigator was integral in obtaining defense judgments in favor of a developer of a condo hotel in San Diego, California against certified and putative class actions.

Uniquely, our litigator combined her significant securities and real estate litigation background and defended securities-related real estate matters, including successfully handling nearly a decade of condo-hotel litigation.
